The percentage of sent emails that couldn't be delivered. High bounce rates, for example above 5%, can affect your email sender reputation.
Formula
(Number of Undelivered Emails / Number of Emails Sent) x 100
Example
If 1,000 emails are sent and 50 bounce back, the bounce rate is 5%.
