Calculates the frequency of repeated incidents, highlighting the effectiveness of measures taken to prevent similar future incidents.

Formula

(Number of Repeated Incidents / Total Number of Incidents) * 100

Example

If there are 5 repeated incidents out of 50 total, the reoccurrence rate is (5/50)*100 = 10%.
